From time to time we may monitor and/or record telephone calls including Go-To-Meeting’s between you and us to assure the quality of our customer service or as required by applicable law.
You represent that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract. You must be at least 18 years old to be eligible to use the Site and register to become a member. However, if you are at least 13 years old and younger than 18, you may use the Site in conjunction with your parent or guardian who agrees to be bound by this Agreement. Payment for The Dorian Way packages can be paid in full or monthly. The Dorian Way packages are discounted if paid in full. If the package is paid monthly then payment will be automatically charged monthly on the date service was started. The Dorian Way subscription service is paid monthly on the first or near the first of each month. If monthly payments including subscription payments are not received due to a credit card problem then service will stop until payment has been resolved. When you sign up for our services you become a member of The Dorian Way while your service agreement is active. Purchasing a package from us is not a subscription. A subscription with us is a different service that is not a limited time mentorship but an on-going service until canceled. See subscription below. When you become a member with us we may ask you for personal information. We will ask you to provide your full name, home address, email address, cell phone number, date of birth, and credit card information. We reserve the right to ask you for additional information as required.
Becoming a monthly paying Subscription member also known as “Trading Club” member provides you with access to our book reading suggestions, trade ideas, unlimited questions via email, monthly risk management assessments, group meeting discussions, and live trading sessions. We reserve the right to charge subscriptions for our Content and to change subscription prices at any time. We do not issue pro-rated refunds for fees paid for those subscriptions, Dorian way has never and does not currently provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering. We have the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof) by you, if we have a reasonable basis to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete. Our use of any information you provide to us as part of the subscription process is governed by the terms of our Privacy Policy located at https://dorianway.com/privacypolicy.
The Dorian Way is allowed to miss the following number of one-on-one meetings based on the package without having to reschedule. 3 month package 1 meeting. 6 month package 4 meetings. 12 month package 12 meetings. However, the Dorian Way will make every effort to never miss a scheduled appointment but events do occur. If more than the allowed missed appointment(s) transpires by the Dorian Way then the meeting will be rescheduled or the package period will be extended.
If a member has to cancel a one-on-one meeting then every effort will be made by the Dorian Way to reschedule the meeting. However, due to limited time for the Dorian Way mentors, not every cancel appointment by a member can be rescheduled. You understand that by agreeing to these terms that not every one-on-one meeting will be possible to complete for factors in and out of our control. In addition, you understand that no refund will be made regarding missed one-on-one meetings because the Dorian Way’s pricing is not based solely on the number of meetings. At some point to become a Dorian Way member, you will need a username, consisting of a valid email address, and password, which you will choose as part of our Dorian Way member process. We reserve the right to reject or terminate the use of any username that we deem offensive or inappropriate.
By providing us with your email address, you consent to our using your email address to send you required notices related to our services, including among other things, notices required by law, instead of using the United States postal services. You may not opt out of service notices because they are required by law. We may also send you other messages, including information about our Content, features of our subscriptions and other information about Dorian Way by email address or to your mobile telephone number if you use a mobile device. The Dorian Way LLC, does not provide refunds to subscription members and does not provide refunds for its service packages. If service is canceled before the end of a program or after a program no refund will be made. All services are final. However, the Dorian Way does provide a discount for paying for packages entirely without monthly payments. In addition, the Dorian Way provides a “teaching challenge” discount for the 12-month package only. A discount of half the cost of the 12 month package is made if a member qualifies and does not learn to be profitable for the year with the education provided within the 12 month service package.
